Your role
You are responsible of populating new customer cases worldwide for Saab Finland offering, with focus on Sirius Compact product family. This happens with a support from other global Saab business development, sales and marketing functions and local Saab representatives around the world. In this role you will also support other Saab business development functions.
Important part of the job is to utilize Finnish government’s global network and services and take advance of other associations, ecosystems and marketing communities to support our efforts. You will be a part of Saab Finland Business Development team, in which all other are focusing in Finnish market, and you abroad working with current and new global customers. To be successful you have to be often present at customer locations and events worldwide. You will follow the cases through sales process (WB) and support the sales functions and customer cases to the delivery fulfilment. The efforts will be conducted in collaboration with Saab product, project and demonstration teams.
Main tasks
- Plan and execute our product business development worldwide
- Arrange potential customer meetings and introduce our offering to them
- Attend exhibitions and demonstration events
- Keep the official Team Finland active in promoting our offering through their channels
- Maintain CRM up to date of the activities
- Prepare sales process (WB) material
Your profile
This position requires solid understanding and experience on how international defence business operates and how to get benefit from Finnish government representatives around the world. You need to be able to use your expertise to explain the benefits of our tactical electronic warfare products to well-informed customer experts and other stakeholders. This requires profound understanding about EW systems and related technology. You must possess capabilities to develop persuasive network and maintain contacts active and raise interest towards our products. Your Office location in Finland can be either Tampere or Helsinki, but you must be able to travel irregularly and often.
In this job, many of your tasks have a connection to defense secrecy. Therefore, a drug test and approved security clearance in accordance with the Finnish Security Clearance act 726/2014 is required for the selected applicant.
